About The Role
Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager, this role will support the delivery of high quality Scheme information across our digital experience to our 620,000 customers leasing a car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle, scooter or powered wheelchair. 

Working as part of the Digital Customer Programme, the initial focus will be on refreshing the content on the website based on agreed tone of voice and within brand guidelines.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your copy writing skills to create content that is simple, digestible and will guide users to the correct next steps.

You will be working with Design and UX to ensure that the copy works for a range of digital assets including website content pages, editorial content and transactional journeys and is easy to understand by the end users.

As part of this you will need to ensure customer communications are compelling, clear and adhere to brand style and tone of voice.

Moreover this copy will need to work in an online world with an eye on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and also user journeys

You will need to respond to customer research insight and/or Scheme policy changes to ensure effective communication for customers and prospects, increasing understanding of the Scheme, supporting customer satisfaction, renewals and advocacy levels.

This role will require you to liaise with Scheme partners, internal colleagues, technology partners and stakeholders to produce, update or edit digital communications.

You will also need to work closely with suppliers (e.g. creative & digital agencies) to deliver a range of communications on brand, on time and on budget.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working in a small but friendly team, happy to roll up your sleeves, offer opinions and ideas and get involved. 

You have exceptional communication and copywriting skills and the ability to take complex messages, turning them into straightforward, engaging and accessible information.

You will be passionate about delivering clear communications and going the extra mile to do this.

You enjoy working collaboratively with people at all levels from different areas of the business. 

You are a highly organised individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and objectives
Minimum Criteria
  • Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills, with experience in writing copy for digital assets
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop products
  • Experience working with UX tools such as Invision/Figma/Sketch 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
  • Comfortable with change, confident to own projects and get the job done
  • Experience with managing external suppliers and agencies 
  • Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders
