About The Role
Reporting to the Pricing Product Owner the key responsibilities and requirements for this role will be:
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Converters Association source data into the internal pricing load programme.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the internal WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicles) account managers as well as WAVCA themselves 
  • Taking ownership and work on system enhancements if there is a change to the original feed carrying out regular risk assessments
  • Review WAVCA data for anomalies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible before loading the data into the Step system.
  • The ability to understand Pricing requirements ensuring that the Step system is fully functional and adapting to meet business needs
  • Assisting the Product owner in prioritisation of requirements. 
  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with Amplifi, our 3rd party support partner
  • Ensuring requirements are clearly defined and any impacts considered. 
  • Responsibility for overseeing business testing. 
  • Liaising with a wide range of key stakeholders including Digital Customer, Marketing, etc. to elicit requirements and to keep them up to date with developments and progress
  • Ensuring the successful transition from existing functionality to new.
