Insight Analyst

About The Role
You will deliver insightful analysis and Management Information to support Motability Operations Customer services and the wider business and drive real business change through Insight. Understand the reporting requirements of the business and Customer and Provide/maintain self service solutions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Contribute to the development of the Customer Services Insight environment, including capturing requirements, developing reports and managing user adoption
  • Deliver meaningful business interpretation of data, providing insight in order to make informed business decisions
  • To work closely with managers to develop and maintain the reporting required to manage the performance of their area
  • Work as part of a team, recognise and support the team and other departments across Commercial Services
  • Flexible approach to working hours in line with business requirements and matching operational opening hours
  • Provide self service solutions to empower individuals with the ability to have access to relevant data
About You
You will have gained the following skills/experience:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience using different Analytical technologies such as OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience of providing insight based analysis
  • Proven experience of delivering MI solutions for business requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills


  • Previous experience making data led decisions through analysis
  • Experience working with database and information analysis applications/tools
  • Experience with the following technologies SAS, SQL, VBA, PHP
  • Excellent understanding of Motability Operations Customers and Processes
