About The Role

Following the announcement that we will be opening a new office in Scotland, we are looking to hire an experienced IT Service Centre Analyst, who will be responsible for the provision, organising and overseeing of all IT Support requests for the local office, whilst also providing blended support into the wider organisation working as part of the IT Service Centre Team.

Reporting into the IT Service Centre Manager, you will be working closely with the Contact Centre Manager & Facilities Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the initial co-ordination and assisting with key activities relating to IT building fit and IT Support. You will be providing enduring support in the form of 1st and 2nd line Deskside support to the local community, whilst in addition working within the IT SC team providing support to both Bristol and London customers over the phone.

About You
This role is perfect for someone that is passionate about Technology & Customer Service, ensuring we provide the best possible service and response for our business. The ideal candidate will have experience of working independently, demonstrating their experience in service delivery and technology whilst being a member of an extended and well established team.

You should enjoy working in environment that is highly responsive, working on in life incidents with 2nd & 3rd line support teams within the IT Division, and owning incidents on behalf of the IT Service Centre. Additionally, the ability and desire to plan for predetermined activities, such as upgrades, where you can demonstrate the ability to use systems and reports to monitor progress.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service and organisational skills, as well as practical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft o365. You will need to be able to use your communication skills to present information, influence others and cascade information appropriately at the right time and in the right manner.

This role is most suited to someone who is able to drive results, who seeks ways to make improvements and who understands business objectives and the importance of timescales. In addition, it is suited to someone who is self-organised, structured and methodical in your approach.
