About The Role
This is a newly created role reporting into the Talent & Inclusion Manager. 

You will be responsible for executing a direct sourcing / candidate attraction strategy to ensure the highest calibre of candidates are attracted to Motability Operations. You will source via a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and other social media, to provide shortlisted candidates that meet the requirements of the role. Other responsibilities include:
  • Establish close relationships with the business to support all resourcing activity
  • Conduct all first stage pre-screening, including interviews for directly sourced candidates, to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
  • Engage candidates throughout the process to ensure the candidate experience is professional and positive
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a smooth end to end ‘recruitment to onboarding’ process
  • Carry out workshops and training as required
  • Continually develop and enhance market and company knowledge to build candidate confidence.
  • Analyse and report on market data including key trends, risks and opportunities and ensure that proactive plans are made to provide service solutions to meet business priorities
About You
You will have gained the following experience/skills:
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Dependable, reliable and with a consistent ability to produce high quality/quantity of work
  • Ability to build successful relationships with the business. 
  • Collaborative and able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders to provide recruitment solutions.
  • Experience of recruiting direct candidates from a variety of sources - LinkedIn, resourcing candidates from job boards, recruitment portals etc.
  • An awareness of the latest employment legislation 
  • Results focused
  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
Minimum Criteria
  • Proven track record of delivering internal recruitment campaigns with an understanding of agency recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring across varied departments
  • Proven track record of utilising a range of attraction and sourcing tools. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Experience of working in a collaborative way with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the business and externally.
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous experience working within an HR team 
  • Knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Previous experience in coaching hiring managers 
  • Experience of benchmarking salaries within key niches
