About The Role
This role provides business analysis capability within the Digital Customer Programme.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced BA who has worked within Agile delivery teams.

The role will report into the Business Analyst Team, but with direct daily oversight from Infrastructure Project Managers.
The mission of the Digital Customer Programme is to increase the choice our customers have in how they manage their mobility by offering a simple, convenient and inclusive Customer Account. With an account in place the attention of the programme has turned to delivering the rest of the Customer Digital roadmap introducing, amongst other things, the ability to start scheme applications away from the Dealership. We continue to add value to the Customer Account by prioritising in-line with current events and working closely with our Product Owners.

The role will report into the Business Analyst Team Lead, but with direct daily oversight from a Delivery Manager and/or Project Manager
